Privacy and terms
This is a personal website. It collects only what you choose to send, and uses it only to reply to you.
What this site collects
- The contact form collects your name, email, organization, reason for reaching out, and message.
- The launch form collects your email address so you can be told when the open framework is published.
- Nothing else is collected through forms. The site does not use advertising trackers.
How it is stored and used
Form submissions are delivered to Amber by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. The site itself, hosted on Cloudflare, does not store them. They are read only by Amber Gargrish. They are used to reply to your message or to send the launch notice you asked for. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
To stop spam, both forms use hCaptcha, which checks that a person is sending the message and may process your IP address and browser details for that purpose. Fonts and all other site files are served from this site itself, not from third parties. Cloudflare, the hosting provider, keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete anything you have sent, use the contact form or message Amber on LinkedIn, and it will be handled promptly.
